[Question] Pastel Partner

Hi guys
When I processed customer invoices and statements I could choose that Pastel send it via e-mail through outlook.
I have a laptop now, and Pastel doesn't know how to do it anymore.
Please guide me through the process of telling pastel what is expected.

Hi Madi,

I assume that you have installed Outlook on the laptop? If so, the system should work as before.

Do you get an error message when trying to email from Pastel?

Have you added that specific email account to Outlook on the new laptop yet?

I have a problem with my inventory qty, did a proforma invoice yesterday for a 500 qty and today when i tried to link it is only linking 100 and showing me -400 unposted , please help
