Pastel Xpress v11 - Activate companies greyed out

    Pastel Xpress v11 - Activate companies greyed out

    Hi

    This morning the Open Company window in Pastel Express V11 is empty. When I locate the server (on another PC - Local/Server), a list appears of all companies and the latest one without the little "X" over it. But when I click on it the "Activate" button stays greyed out so I cannot use the company file.

    The files or companies do show on the main local/server (PC), but not on mine which is the Workstation.

    In all these years I never had a problem with V11.

    Hope someone can help

    It sounds like n networking problem with the workstation not being able to access the registration path on the server. Maybe first check if you can see the Xpress\Registration folder on the server using File explorer on your local workstation?

      Well i uninstalled Pastel. deleted the network paths, re-instated them and re-installed pastel and for some reason it works, exept Xpress2017 which cannot see the network paths now. OMG the pain never ends.
