    Runtime Error 360

    Hi there,

    Look, my frustration with Pastel as gone through the roof.

    I run Pastel Partner 17.1.1 on Windows 7.

    I keep on getting (in this case) a Runtime Error 360 - Object already loaded. When I try to print and update a batch without contras - Supplier Payments Screen.

    Pastel Support offers the following help without any success;
    1. Reinstall printer driver
    2. Fresh reinstall Pastel
    3. Reset user settings
    None working.

    I completely removed all traces of the printer driver. And installed a basic driver such as a XPS Printer of a PDF Printer. not working.

    However, when logging into another PC, also Windows 7, this particular error is cleared and printing the batch and updating it without a problem. Also with the same printer drivers installed (XPS and PDF).

    Then, to make it more interesting, on all other PCs, this error pops up randomly, no matter where you are in Pastel.

    You can try resetting the users in pervasive.....
    In windows go to start run and type in pcc...this will open the pervasive control centre
    Go to tools... monitor
    Select microkernel...active users
    Click on delete all users.

    Please ensure that no one is actively processing at the time when you are doing this.

      Thanks for the reply, that has also been done without any luck.
