[Question] Closing periods in pastel partner

Hi
I need some help please. How do I close a period in pastel so that staff cannot process in a month that we have closed off. Having issues with staff processing in periods whereby management accounts have been finalized.

Under the Users/Passwords settings, change users access to Multi-Period Processing.
