[Question] Pastel V14 error in vat report

Hi everyone
I posted a receipt in the cash book and when I went to printout my vat report the receipt showed up as a positive instead of a negative in the output vat.
the exclusive and inclusive amounts reflected were also wrong.
Pastel will not help as I do not have cover this year.
anybody know how to correct this ?

Are you printed a Box Type report or a Tax Type report?
