Trial Balance not Balancing with Profit and Loss out of balance error
I am using pastel partner version 17. My trial balance is not balancing when i include opening balances. If i untick includ eopening balances option it doesn't balance. When i run a data integrity check i get an error "Last year Profit and Loss is out by -3,372.94."
i have noticed that my Retained income for last year is 116,454.11 and my Nett Profit is 24,473.02 however my Retained income for this year year is 137,554.19 instead of 140,927.13. How do i correct this error.
