Pastel users please advise - tab key

    Good Morning

Any advice on this would be appreciated please, I do not use pastel at all, but need to assist an accountant who does. She uses the tab key to navigate through the columns and says it has started going over columns which are supposed to require an entry before going on to the next column/line. Apparently it did not do this before. It seems to be mainly the 'cash code' which she is concerned about. Is this abnormal? Or is there perhaps a setting that needs to be done to make sure that an entry cannot be skipped? She is using pastel 2009

    Kind Regards

Can you perhaps post a screenshot of where this is happening?

Hi Neveille, Thank you so much for your response. I cannot at the moment unfortunately, can try and get one tomorrow morning. The lady told me it is in the cash book, when she processes with the source code. Is this of any assistance?

Hi Tam - does it do the same thing if you use the Enter Key to navigate the columns?
