Capturing Customers in Pastel Cashbook

Hi, I am unable to capture payments from customers in the cashbook.

In the cashbook window, in the 3rd column you should be able to select G,S or C.

In my cashbook i only have G&S as an option. I think this could be a setting that needs to be changed.

Firstly, as you sure that you have opened the Receipts tab of the cashbook, and not the Payments tab?

Secondly, if you indeed in the Receipts tab, then there is an incorrect setting in your system. Go to Setup...Entry Types and look for the line corresponding to the Receipts side of your cashbook. In the column named "Account Access", select the option "GL and Customers".
