[Question] Pastel - Missing Company Logo when sending Invoices, Quotes etc on email

    Morning

When I print my various documents, ie, Statements, Quotes, Invoices our Company Logo is on the document, but when I email them direct from Pastel it loses the logo entirely, making us look extremely unprofessional.

    How do I resolve this?

    Please help

    Thanks

Is there a check box somewhere under 'Company Settings'/Branding where you can include the logo on invoice and statement emails?

When you view on screen, or print a document or statement, the system uses the form file csdocsp.enz or csmthsp.enz (assuming your Paper Style is single sheet, plain paper).

However, when you print to PDF or email the above, the system refers to a variation of the above form files, i.e. csdocpdfsp.enz and csmthpdfsp.enz.

Simply make copies of your existing form files and rename them by inserting the letters pdf just in front of the sp portion of the file name.
