hi, i am marietjie. I am a bookkeeper. I work on pastel.
I have a problem with pastel 12. Can anybody help.
when i try and print the invoice the following message appear.
Run-time error '482':
printer error
Would love to hear from any of you.
Under File Printer fonts setup click on the set printer button and select the printer you are using. Click copy to all tabs and click copy to all users.
If this doesn't work please let me know.

Managed to sort out the problem. Windows 10 had done an auto update and changed my dot matrix printer driver. Once I had reinstalled the driver, error message disappeared and all running smoothly.

Pastel Run-time error 482 - I uninstalled some print drivers recently and after I did that all went wrong....PLEASE assist...rather urgent. White Drives do i need??
In Payroll - go to File - Printer Font Setup - Go to the Payslips Tab - click set printer - choose your active printer and click ok. You will probably also need to change your report printer in payroll as well.
