    I stand corrected - until now I was not aware that this feature was not available in Xpress!

    There is another way in which you can view Open Items for a customer.

    Go to View...Customers...Monthly Periodic...Age Analysis. Select your customer code and then tick the options "Print Transactions" and "Show Unmatched OI Only".
