Hi, please can someone assist with how to import new GL accounts. I have over 100 to create so cant do manually. I have exported an existing account and then tried to re-import however its saying "Cannot Import Account if account exists". I assure you the account does not exist. Any ideas.
Unfortunately, once there is an existing Chart of Accounts set up in the company, it is not possible to import additional GL accounts, even if the additional accounts do not exist.
Importing of GL accounts is only possible if you do not create a new company with the Setup Wizard and you have not yet created any GL accounts manually.
