The explanation on their website "the amount paid or payable for that full month" is ... well, confusing.
- Is it the basic monthly income (before overtime and deductions)
- Or is it the Gross salary (overtime, leave sold, deductions like e.g. staff loans)
- Or is it the Nett salary (amount left after UIF and PAYE is deducted, i.e. money in your pocket
