Customer Accounts: Description Field tooooo short!!
Hi there
We use Pastel express and the description field only allows for 40 characters - is there anyway of lengthening this? - I have a fussy Customer on board wanting their name in its Entirety!!

Unfortunately it is not possible to extend the length of the customer description field.
However, with a little bit of manipulation in the Forms Designer, we can use one of the User Defined fields in that customer's masterfile and append it to the standard customer description data field on the invoice and statement layouts.
