[Question] Question about NPO's and NPC's

Good Morning All,

I've been approached by a NPO( Non Profit Organisation) to find out if they can bring in a NPC(Non Profit registered Company), under their wing as either a branch or subsidiary to the NGO or vice versa.

Would anyone know :

a) if this is possible
b) if so what is the right procedure
