    Pastel Partner V14 last Accessed problem

    My pastel is showing the following error message. Pastel partner V14 was last accessed 05/18/2018 your system date is before the last accessed date. I tried to use a fix (reset14) but somehow its not working or maybe its not the one for my version. Please assist.

    Before running the Reset utility, did you close Pastel and make sure that your computer date/time was correct?

      Yes i have corrected the date and exited pastel. It shows that the Authorization code is not valid..... Is the authorization code same as the Access code?

        No, it is not the same.

        Your authorisation code has probably expired.

        I suggest that you contact Pastel directly for a new authorisation code and expiry date.
