Customer statements does not balance to ledger & ageing

Hi all

One of my customer's statement does not balance with the GL & ageing.
I know exactly which two entries are missing on the statement, but I don't know how to fix it.
I ran the Data Integrity but it did not report any problems.

What do I do now?

Do you run pastel?
Check if the invoices have been posted in the correct period.

Support was able to fix my problem as the imbalance was due to the application shutting down during a power failure.
