[Question] Logged in as the wrong user

Hello. I was busy processing the daily transactions in the cash book when I noticed I logged in as the wrong user, which is now causing me problems. Because it's a assignment I must log in as the right person depending on the transaction, either as a sales clerk, accountant, supervisor, etc. However I have been making regular back ups of the company. So I am thinking: If I restore one of the back ups, the one I made before I started processing the daily transactions, will the back up replace the current state of my company and can I restart on a clean slate? And just another question, how do I print back orders? Thank you in advance for your assistance guys.

Hi Christos. If you restore a backup it does restart from that point and you can re-enter all the info. Well done on making regular backups.

Not too sure what you mean by printing back orders. Can you give more info?

Thanks Mike. About back orders, I had to convert a bunch of quotation into tax invoices, but one customer changed their order quantity from 20 to 15 and also we didn't have enough of another item so I had to create another sales order because the customer still wanted what they ordered even if we didn't have all of it. I think it's got to do with that. As I was working I thought I saw back orders somewhere in Pastel but now I searched and can't see it. Anyway the question says "Print the back orders-details by item report (back order for all items).

You should be able to print from those reports.
