Dissolving CC with loan to member

Can anyone help with this equation, 2 members are part of a CC. that they are going to disolve, all creditors have been settled and all debtors has been realised. Cash available in the CC are R.200 000.00. Partner A has a loan account owing the CC R.100 000.00. How do you calculate last payouts to desolve the C?. Membership 50/50.

My calculation is to equalise disparity and pay out R.100 000.00 to partner B
    R.100 000.00 left to distribute 50/50.

What does the partnership agreement say about interest on the debit loan account?

Remember that is not the cash only in the company that needs to be distributed.
All Equity needs to be distributed as well.
In the end your balance sheet should equal zero.
