Thank you for every ones help fixing the mess of the Cashbook. I need to do Year End and need to make changes it however asks me for a supervisor's password. No one knows what it is and the lady that worked with it passed away last year so this is a problem. Is there some way I can fix this. I also need to create users and because of the supervisors password I can not do that. Thanks once again for helping me.

I have ways of cracking Pastel passwords if you are running a version of Pastel prior to V14. If you are running a pre-V14 version of Pastel, please send me a backup of the company and I will let you know what the password is.

In addition to cracking pre-version 14 password I also know how to reset the password for version 14 and 17.
