[Question] Xpress Ver 11 Server Issue

    Good day

I was hoping that someone can please help me?

I have Paste Xpress Ver 11.2.2. all was working 100% two days ago, but this morning I got this error message:
"The Application is not valid". Please specify the correct application path. Registration checking cannot continue"

When I go into pastel all my companies are gone on the list and pastel says that it can’t locate my server

When selecting Manage or Add Company and then selecting my company, the OK is greyed out.

Will you please, please be able to help me with this error?

    Warm regards

When you go to Manage Companies, is the left pane blank?

If it is blank, then select Locate Server and browse to C:\Xpress11\Custom\Registration (assuming you have a single-user package), and then click on OK. Your companies should reappear in the left pane.

Hi Neville - I'm having the same problem as above. I followed what you suggested and can see my companies when I select the "Registration" folder, but then when I close that dialog box, the "Open a company" list is blank again and "Open" is greyed out.... any suggestions?
