    Pastel Dates

    Hi All,

I am having problems with Pastel Partner V14 Dates. My Financial Year started nov 2015 and ends in Oct 2016. One user posted a transaction into August 2016 by Mistake and all pastel periods between Dec 2015 to Sep 2016 are now closed. We reversed the transction hoping it would correct the dates but to no avail. Unfortunately when users want to process any transaction the dates and period is now defaulting to Aug 2016. How do i correct this? I need my dates to be reset to current.

    Thanking you in advance.

If you have TeamViewer I can log on remotely and fix the problem with my data fix utility.

Drop me an email if you would like me to assist you.

Not without the right tools and expertise, I doubt you will manage to fix the problem. Another option is to make a backup of the company and email it to me from a location that has internet connectivity and I can then fix the data on my side and then send it back to you. It will mean, however, that you will not be able to do any processing until I get the revised backup back to you.
