Pastel - Projects - Please Help

Hi,

So I have the project module for Pastel. Is there anyway that you can set up the projects so that you can't raise PO's if you are going to go over budget?

How do you use the project budget feature to manage the budget if it never warns you that you are exceeding budget??

After getting off the phone with Sage I take it that there is no function like this in Pastel?
