DOWNLOADING LATEST VERSION E@SYFILE

Hi All

I am having trouble download/Installing Easyfile on my computer. I have Win 8.1 64 bit. I have Tried Updating Java, Adobe Air and Adobe, all to no avail. E@syFile, still not functioning completely. Seems like a partial Installation/ Not all features available. any suggestions or Fixes would be appreciated.

I also had problems when I changed computers. I would recommend google - you need the correct java associated with the specific windows you have got and also associated with 32 bit or 64 bit. Once you get all that right it is a breeze. You also need to uninstall any and all previous versions of easy file BEFORE you down load a new version. Ensure to make a DB backup of it before uninstalling. Once you have done all that you can download and then restore your backup.

PS . If the download you have down is not working - uninstall that also and then start with the above

Oh and another thing .... you need to enter all your companies details in again after downloading it.

Hi There

I am trying to install easyfile and keep on getting the error message "Installer File Damaged". I have downloaded all the recommended applications to run easy file and still get the same error message. I am running a Windows 7 64 bit operating system.

Any ideas on how to sort this out?
