[Question] Pastel Xpress 14 password reset?

Ok, so I have a question.

Version 14 of Pastel now requires you to set up a password for every single company you have on your Pastel. What do you do if you lose the password, or can't remember it? You can't get past the "Open a Company" screen without that stupid password, and if you can't remember the password, you're kinda up the river with no paddle.

Yup - it is one of my pet hates with Pastel 14. I have the same password for all the companies I have to open on Pastel ... but then I work in a safe environment.

I have just gone onto the Pastel Knowledge base and it suggests that if you lose your password you will have to have it reset by the distributor. So all is not lost!
