[Question] Pastel Partner - Deleting a Batch posted in the wrong period

Hi there, just a quick question? Any help would be appreciated.

I have imported a batch from csv into Pastel however I need to delete it but because I don't have access to post across periods and the csv import file was in the wrong period. The file just will not be deleted possibly due to my access rights. I have tried exporting the csv with no luck as it is still there after exporting and trying to delete also yields no results other than Pastel crashing after awhile.

Is that the only unposted batch in the company?

If it is, you should be able to delete it through the back-end, by opening the company folder in Windows and then looking for a file named accbtr*.00* or accbtn*.00* - that would be your unposted batch file. Move that file out of the company folder (don't delete it in case it is the wrong file) and then reopen Pastel and see if the batch is gone.

If you have other unposed batches in the company, I suggest that you first update them all, so that it will be easier to identify the one remaining batch file in the company folder.
