Forms Designer for Sage Pastel Payroll

    Good Day,

My name is Vanessa, and I am the accountant at Jalite, we supply Photoluminescent Signs (the Signs all over your work place that says don't run up stairs, meet here in a emergency ect.)

I recently changed from Pastel Evolution Payroll to Sage Pastel Payroll, and have set everything up and all is working except :

In the Forms Designer for Payslips I need to add Staff Loans, and I added in a Transaction Deduction Code, hoping I could added in my Code for Staff Loans which I made 8171., but no matter what I try I cannot get the Loan Balance per week to reflect on the Payslip. My staff will have a fit if it does not appear on their payslip.

Can anyone help me on this matter.

    Thanks
    Vanessa

Hi Venessa - I haven't done this in quite a while, but if I remember correctly ...

Under the Employee ... Masterfile section there is a tab called "Loans/Savings" where you can set up the loan for the employee. When you set up the item 8171 there should be a tick-box which you need to tick to display on the payslip.

      Hi There

I have just recently switched over to the Sage pastel Payroll, and I need to set up the payslip in forms designer, I am struggling a little with this I have gone and saved the one I want the payslips to look like but it is still using the default payslip design, also if I want to put the company Logo on how do I do that.

      thanks
      Ellie
