Pastel POS user setup

Hi everyone!

We are using POS, but I can't get the users we add extra t be able to accept cash. So the POS screen will open, but where you should say Cash, EFT, Card, etc there is no option for that?

I currently let them log in with my Admin password, but how ca I set up the users so they can enter the amount received as that part is not there.

please assist??

I know this is a dumb question, but have you "ticked" the necessary options you would like for each user i.e. Cash, EFT etc?
