Pastel Sale Codes

I have a question, I created sales codes and everything, but we want to be able to type it into the quotes/invoices....for some reason that box stays greyed out for the sales people but when I log in as Supervisor I can add it in there.

Does anyone know what it can be?

Hi Johan,

You need to enable that function, for each user, under Setup...Users/Passwords.

Go to the user profiles and click on the Process Options button. Under the Customers section, tick the box named "Change Salesman While Processing".
