Importing stock into Pastel Partner V14

I moved one of my clients over to Pastel Partner V14 from a old accounting system, I am struggling to import the stock.

The 4 field errors I currently get is as follow:

Inventory Code
Inventory Description
Group
Store

The rest works well...I already changed the format of Inventory Code, Group and store to '000' but I still get the error.

I am not sure what is wrong with Inventory Description.

Please assist!

As far as the Group and Store fields are concerned, they must be in the format '001 (not '000), assuming you only have one Group code and one Store code.

Regarding the Inventory Code, make sure there are no spaces in the codes, nor double quotation marks (").

Also, make sure there are no double quotation marks in the descriptions.

Stock adjustments - see inventory journal help file
Stock count quantities - see Inventory count help file

What version of pastel Partner are you running? Which of the above options do you need assistance with?
