Hi Guys

Can one prepare and/ or review Financials Statements for an Estate Agency if one is a member if the IAC or SAIPA and not registered with PAAB or IRBA? Or can one prepare and review everything else except the Trust Account?

Estate agencies, if they have trust accounts, are required to be audited by IRBA registered professionals. This is not a companies act requirement; it is an EAAB requirement.
