[Question] Pastel: Invoices not showing on statements

Hi. Please could someone perhaps assist. Even though the invoices show on any and all reports - some of them don't appear when doing a monthly statement for a client (the invoice has not been credited or paid) .... I'm at a loss for what the problem might be. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanx.

Are you using Open Item processing or Balance Forward processing?

I suspect that you are using Open Item processing and that you have some corruption in the Open Item data table (missing Open Item transactions, i.e. invoices).

To confirm this, go to File...Data Integrity to run a data integrity report and you may find the report will list Open Item errors for one or more customer accounts.

I have the necessary software to fix data corruption.

Thank you so much - I've run the report and it gives met "Open item out of balance" report on those clients.
So the next step would be solution & costs?
