[Question] Interim Bi-Annual Submission 201408 - error codes Quick Payroll

Hi

I have been struggling the last week with importing my payroll file to EasyFile for the 201408 interim submission.

I have 3 different payrolls to submit and are still struggling on the 1st one.

I have the same error code on all of my employees currently;
- Indicator of same postal and residential addresses in invalid - code 3218
- Code 4116 has a value so code 4005 is required.

I'm using Quik Payroll, and I take with the first error it has something to do with the way addresses are completed for each employee, I have tried every possible way, by clicking and un-clicking option - Need help on this one?

The second error code, not sure what I am doing wrong here as all of our employees have medical aid in their own capacity - not sure what I did wrong here for this error to pop out?

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Hi there,
3218 is to indicate if the residential address is the same as the postal address - this value must be "x" or take the code out completely.
If you have a value in 4116 then you must have a value in 4005 (total contributions paid to Medical Aid).
