    [Question] Change bank balance

    Good day.

We have now upgraded to pastel 12 from pastel my invoicing. Moving all my data was a success.

My question is, How would I change/adjust the bank balance on pastel 12? At the moment it shows all monies that has come in, Customer payments but Nothing that has gone out as pastel my invoicing does not support entering supplier invoicing and payments. So now I'm sitting with a huge amount of money that has come in which are all my customers payments and Nothing that has gone out. How can I fix the problem because obviously we No longer sitting with all this money.

    Thank you in advance.

Can you not capture journal entries for your supplier invoices? That's what I do.

I've done that Yes. I'm actually considering to just start the company over and move all my balance s over because I've discovered that my customer accounts are also messed up. The receipts are all there, done on pastel my invoicing but Nothing is matched on pastel 12 as it's matched on pastel my invoicing. It's a real nightmare to say the least.

Ughh, it sounds like a nightmare.

I went to a very competent bookkeeper who is also on this forum, Cindy from Bonsai Business Services to help me with Pastel. Maybe you could go to someone and get the problems sorted, seeing that it is a once-off problem?
