[Question] Partner - Long time to run reports

Can someone please tell me why Partner 12 is taking so long to pull reports, example, inventory, sales by sales code and so on.

We have client server on all pcs and on the workstation with pervasive 10 32bit.
Intel Core i3 - 3220 cpu 3.30GHz
4Gb ram (3.71Gb usable)
64bit Windows OS.
Storage: 35% Free

Any suggestions would be apppreciated!

Make sure that Pastel has been set up for the correct printer driver.

Go to File...Printer/Fonts Setup and then click on the "Other" tab. Click on the Set Printer button and select the correct printer driver from the list.

Ive done so, selected another printer, it took 16 minutes to get the sales report per sales code which it normally takes.
