[Question] Changing financial year in Pastel

    Hi,

I am working for a client who told me their financial year runs from 1st April to 31st March. I have posted up until December in the financial year, and have found out that the financial year actually runs from 1st March - 28th February. This means all my work from April - December is a month "out".

Is there any way to change the periods, and keep my work? Or will I have to re-do the entire financial year?

    Any advice most welcome,

    Thanks!

The changes will have to be made under CHANGE - PERIODS.

      I can possibly assist.

The only way to fix the problem, using the standard Pastel user interface, is to re-do everything. However, I have database editing software which I use to help clients with data corruption, and I can fix your problem.

If you can send me a backup of your company, I can assess how much work will be involved for me to do the fix, and then send you a quote.
