Urgent help needed with Pastel Xpress 2007

Hi, I am trying to fix a problem with a business's computer on which the Pastel Xpress 2007 is not correctly creating ledger reports. The person using the computer wants to create "Detailed ledgers" by going into General Ledger, then then Reports, then Detailed Ledger. But the created ledger report does not begin with the first account or end with the last account and is missing some in between apparently. I have no idea how to fix this, it sounds like a bug in the program. Unfortunately the business will not upgrade at this point or pay for technical support from pastel itself. Help?

It sounds like there is data corruption in the company database.

Have you run a Data Integrity report to see what corruption there is?

If you can send me a backup of the database I can have a look. Otherwise, we can arrange a TeamViewer session.

I just did a data integrity check and it found no errors or faults no. The computer in question I had to do a full reinstall of windows etc, because it was really in a bad way previously. I do not trust the hard drives and other hardware but they have to use this computer for the time being before they upgrade it.
