    [Question] Pastel crazyness

I am brand new here because I am in desperate trouble.

    I am using Pastel Parner V11 2.2 4 users.

Lately the results on some users is different from others.

This morning I posted a journal and now sometimes when i log in I can see it and sometimes not.
That sounds so wrong I do not even know if you will believe me.

If I (who work on the computerthat is the server) log in, user no 2 can not log in and must wait for me to log out.

She can not see this journal at all. I can see it if she is not logged in but as soon as she is logged in I can not see this transaction.

    HELP PLEASE

To put it another way there seems to be more than one set of data that can be accessed?

    How is that possible.

Could it be that your user levels (in your password setup) conflict. That is to say that while you are working in a journal, someone else can only "read" that area until you are logged off.

      Just a thought?

If this is a new situation that never existed before ... was there anything that was done recently that might have caused the problem? eg adding a new user.

Sounds like a problem that Neville Bailey will have to address. He is the Pastel fundi on this forum and knows his stuff. If he doesn't pick up on it from this thread, then maybe you should send him a private message.

The journal that you are referring to - has it been updated yet or not?
