[Question] Problems with logo in Xpess09

    Hi all,

Wondering if anyone here can possibly help me? I have read threads and done what I could to create an invoice in the Forms designer. I have come unstuck with the logo itself, and have the following questions:

What size must the logo be to ensure it is visible? I have tried different sizes, to no avail

Where, or in which folder should I save the .enz file and also the .BMP image?

Is there any further steps required to get my invoices to email or print with the revised format?

Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

Hi HiPix - our logo is 1.29x0.76 cm (150x90) and is kept in the "Custom/Forms folder" and is in jpeg format (300x300 dpi)

Our enz files are saved in the folder which is created when you create a company (usually company name which is limited to 8 characters)

    I have the following enz files: csdocpdfsp.enz; csmthpdfsp.enz ; csdocsp.enz ; and csmthsp.enz

It depends on what you have called your customised document. for instance if you formatted csdocsp.enz, then in the file - printer fonts - invoice - paper style you need to choose single sheet plain paper. csdocSP.enz
        SR means single sheet preprinted
        SH means single header-preprinted
        Hope that helps

Pastel apparently "looks" first for any relevant .enz file in the company folder and uses that before it uses the default file. So if your enz file is in the correct folder, then Pastel should start using it automatically.
