    CASHBOOK ADJUSTMENT

    Hie,

    May kindly assist on how to adjust the cashbook which a debit balance yet in actual fact it had a nil value all other entries are correct, how do I adjust for this.

      My cashbook has a remaining balance but all other entries are correct including take-on balances

        Sounds like either the data is corrupted, or you've got a rogue entry in there.

        Surely Pastel has a built-in data validation routine?
        Participation is voluntary.

          There is an option to test for Data Integrity. Goto ... File ... data integrity ... next ... verify the data only.
