    [Question] Error Signature

    Hi, could anyone please help me:
    I get the following message when I log into my Pastel Xpress (v12)

    Pastel Partner - Update Wizard has encountered a problem and needs to close.
    Error Signature:
    AppName: accountingupdate.exe
    AppVer: 3.0.0.4
    AppStamp: 51927f51
    ModName: ntdll.dll
    ModVer: 5.1.2600.6055
    ModStamp: 4d00f27d
    fDebug: 0
    Offset: 0000e8e5

    I went for Training last year for Sage Paster Partner V12 (downloaded the training cd) but I bought the Sage Pastel Xpress V12 (downloaded this on my computer).

    Could this be the problem or what can I do?

    Hi Isabel - Neville Bailey is the fundi on this kind of thing, but I would imagine that you would need to uninstall Pastel Partner and then re-install your Pastel Express.
