    Error message when printing or emailing invoices and statements

    Good Morning

    Can anyone assist in resloving , I get the below error when trying to print or email invoices and statements on pastel

    The document you are trying to print has an incorrect page or paper style.
    Please refer to the troubleshooting topic in the online help.

      Hi Sthembie - goto File ... Printer Fonts Setup ... and check that your printer has been correctly selected.

      You may also need to go into your Printer Setup and check that it has been set to default to A4 page size.
