Manufacturing company cost price in Pastel Partner v11

Hi

We are a manufacturing company and I would like to have accurate GP figures on my BIC Sales report. I'm not sure though how to update my cost price in Pastel for manufacturing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated or if you require more information please feel free to ask.
