[Question] Reset Supervisor Password

Morning,

I need to reset my predecessor's password on Pastel V12. I have tried to use the steps which tell you to change the password in the Pervasive Control Centre to RRRRRRRR, but this does not work at all. His user # is 3 and not 0. Please help!
