    Pastel POS Till Slip Customisation

    Hi everyone,

I'm running Pastel Xpress 12 and Pastel POS at a client. The system is working well. The only issue we're having is with the till slip.

I prints, but the text gets cut off.
It also uses too much paper and the roll gets finished far quicker than it should.

Can someone let me know what the till slip form name is so that I can customise it?

    Many thanks.

I've found what I was looking for after much trial and error.

The form name to customise a Pastel POS till slip is cslipi.eng

Make changes in Forms Designer and save the file as cslipi.enz into the root of your company folder.

Pastel really didn't do any extra work regarding the POS slip, especially like I need to have certain information added. If it's out by 1mm on either side, it won't let you save the file and in my case a error pops up, and Form Designer closes. I am also unable to make it look good and tidy with lines to separate certain sections, I have given up many years ago though. There is nothing more annoying in getting a slip that has total chaos on it.
