I am having trouble with ageing on my statements - ageing is day based 7 days and I have 5 periods. The problem is no amounts come through on current (7 days and below) and 14 days. For some reason everything is starting from 21 days but the age analysis shows amounts correctly. I have called pastel twice but no lucky. Any ideas?

When printing your statements, check the option "Print From Terms" - it should be set to "Current Onwards".Neville Bailey - Sage Pastel Accounting Consultant

That sounds correct for day based.
Have you perhaps modified the statement layout in the Forms Designer utility?Neville Bailey - Sage Pastel Accounting Consultant

Thanks Neville for getting back to me again - may be let me summarise my settings that I think may affect he statement. Under customer accounts I have day based, statements in document control I have min 0, ageing 5, print in balance forward tick or not ticked same result. Does price list affect statement and what other settings should I check?Comment
