[Question] Pastel Project Code: How to change a project code allocated to a client invoice

    Hi,

Is there an easy / prefered way to change a project code against an client invoice without the change showing on the customer account (in other words without issueing a creditnote and then an invoice against the correct project.

    Regards,
    Jenine

No, you will need to process a credit note and re-invoice the customer to correct the project code.

Having said that, I am sure I can "fix" misallocated project codes with my database editor, as a one-off exercise...

Thanks Neville, but I'll just process a credit note. There are only a couple I processed incorrectly so its not alot of work - just a little messy.
