[Question] Conversion from v11 to v12

    Hi
I have pastel v11 and recently installed version 12. When I open up the conversion software to convert my company data the next button stays greyed out. What am I missing?

You don't say which "Next" button is greyed out in the process, so I have captured a short video to demonstrate the process:

      Hi
it is on the 3rd screen where you choose the company in Pastel 11 folder. When I select any of the companies all of them are not able to convert. I have only installed pastel 12 and not the pervasive engine. I am still running pervasive from pastel 11. When is try to install pervasive from pastel 12 disc it gives me a list of programs that are not compatible. One of them being Backup manager

I know this is prob a stupid question but did you select the company to be converted and clicked the "Add" button?

You need to double-click on the company folder and then the "Add Company" button should become active.

I know this is probably an obvious thing to say but did you double click on the company in c:\pastel11 when you were selecting it. Cause the add button and the next button stay greyed until you double click
