[Question] Point of Sale receipts - Pastel V12

Hi there

One of my clients has an issue with the receipts issued through point of sale since she has upgraded to Pastel express V12. The receipt is printing with double spaces and is too long. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hi Raene,

Possibly the form file (cslipi.enz), that was created in the previous version of Pastel, did not migrate over to the new version. You should see the file in the company folder.

Also you can try changing the font of the slips to courier new.
