DATE ON POS PASTEL V11

Does anyone know how to fix a date error problem on Pastel v11 POS without reinstalling completely.
My client somehow changed her machine date and did some other work and then went into Pastel to try and work, she received the POS date error and now even when changing date back still gets the error. I have previously sorted this problem out by reinstalling Pastel but I was wondering if anyone knew of a quicker way to sort this out!!

Hi there have figured it out used the "reset" utility to fix it.
